Beijing HengHui International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (北京恒辉国际展览有限公司) organises AI Show 2027 — Beijing International Embodied Intelligence Robot Expo, held on March 18-20, 2027 at China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall).

When you submit the exhibitor application form we collect: your name, mobile number, company name, main products and preferred booth type. Our server also records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

To respond to your application, confirm booth arrangements, answer your enquiries and send essential information about the exhibition. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep application data until the exhibition concludes and follow-up is complete, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

This website uses only the essential cookie required to keep an administrator logged in. We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party analytics trackers.
